Introduction
In my career before consultancy I spent 32 years working in Prep schools, 15 of those as Head.
I have been a self-employed consultant since 2010, specialising in the appraisal of IAPS Heads since January 2017. I have recently completed my 26th Head’s appraisal.
I live in Eastbourne and enjoy travelling widely in my professional capacity. My interests outside work include cooking, listening to most types of music, reading across a broad range of styles, fine and graphic art, picture framing, struggling with cryptic crosswords, walking on the South Downs and photography (hence the choice of background imagery on this site).
